I was surfing the internet and all of a sudden this window popped up on my screen that looked just like my Anti-virus and told me it needed to do an update, so thinking itwas my anti-virus program I agreed to do the update and then all hell broke loose. I was watching this program install a bunch of worms, trogens, and malware on my computer as the bar finnished it then popped up another window as that one closed out saying my computer was infected with Virus`s, trogen and worms and backdoors. When in fact I ran my anti-virus after that and it said it was clean. Ok but here`s the funny part when I tried to do anyting else on my computer this windowwould pop up declaring I had to buy their software to get rid of it for $79.99. I tried everything to gain control of my computer to revert it back in time to get rid of all this and I couldnt. Everytime I would go to try, that dam $79.99 dollar window would pop back up and close out anything else I was trying to do. Ok so here I am with a brand new gaming computer and can`t do anything on it till I get rid of these worms/virus`s. So I paid the 79.99 to gain control back to my computer. After I agreed to this and a receipt came right after on screen and it said to print it and as I went to hit the print button it disapeared off my screen and was no where to be found. I thought right away I`vebeen scammed along with already being pissed off for being forced into buying something I didnt want in the first place. The receipt he sends in an email for your purchasehas no information about this company or contact numbers. I luckily seen it here that you can contact him at 1-800-391-7790 to get a refund. I had to convince him my computer wouldn`t run his software to finally get my refund.
Personally I think this is a scam, you are given no options, itlitterly forces you todownload and buy this shitty sofware to get rid of what it put on there. I been using a computer for15 years and have never seen a cleaner program force you into buying a product.Us gamers have a word for these kinds of people and we call them Hackers, but this hacker is getting rich off of the misinformed. This guy needs to be stopped.
