Timothy Yarbrough owner of idealwebtech.com is a scammer who collects funds for my project and refused to deliver on time and did not program it correctly, when I asked why the coding is not working correctly he replied back that he needs more money, the contract was for him to charge a flat fee of $1500 and now he wants another $1500. This guy is a true con artist and a scammer, please be aware of using his services.
