Because of a disability I work from home and last July I signed up with Straight 2 you networks for dual channel ISDN service. Shortly after that my employer directed all of its remote workers to use another service that the company contracted for it's vpn requirements. I called straight 2 you to cancel the account and was told I would have to pay an early termination fee. I gave the rep on the phone my credit card number, big mistake. I thought the account was terminated. First the rep told me the disconnect fee was 29.95 because my employer directed me to switch to another provider. When I got my bank statement, I noticed that Straight 2 you charged me $49.95. That was lie number 1.
There were a series of other charges to my account in August all by Straight 2 You. I resolved the matter with my bank or so I thought. It is now November and last week Straight 2 You made 3 charges to my account totalling $1225.15. Do not use this service. They are liars and not obviously thieves as well.
