Eight months ago (Jan) I purchased the gamecopy wizard product and I am unable to get the DVD decrypter to work (after spending several hours on it). I sent a message to your Tech support for help but received no answer. Therefore, I would like my money refunded in the amount of $32.43 (see payment details below) since I am unable to back up my WII game files as promised with your product.
I have received no answer and no refund after numerous requests.
