Mr Azzedine Jamal offered to develop an internet site, when he was still living in Paris. He promised to do it within a week, and made me pay a first advance of 2500 euros on his personal account. 3 weeks later, he moved to Florida and claimed that he had not been able to develop my site, due to his move. He apologized and promised to make it up to me. A month later, he said that my site was almost done, he sent me some visuals, and claimed that he had financial problems and therefore needed to take a lot of other jobs in order to survive. He said that he would deliver the site within a few days if I was to transfer the rest of the money I owed him.
I was naive, he is very persuasive, an I had no other choice. I paid him another 3100 dollars, this time on his new US bank account.
Two weeks later, I went down to his place in Florida, since he had not delivered my site yet. We worked two days together, and finally he confessed that he was a site designer, not a site developper, and that he was unable to create my site.
He wrote me a check for 6600 usd, to pay me back. But he then immediately put a stop on his check.
Mr Azzedine Jamal is advertising everywhere in Florida, to find new clients. It looks like he collects the down payments, doesn't deliver, and moves on to other jobs.
I hired a collection company to try to get my money back.
