I called to check the status of an order that I never received and ended up having the single most terrifying experience I've ever had with any company I've done business with in the past.
I am an easy going, kind, person who never EVER causes problems when doing business. I truly appreciate business services from any level of a transaction and do hundreds of transactions online each year. However, when I called to check the status of my order with BUYMERCHANT.com, an evil customer service man (with really bad english skills who would not give me his name) actually cussed me out when I asked him about the status of my order. Please know, I never said anything warranting this behavior but simply made an inquiry about my order. Then this man actually threatened me and my family, and after I hung up on him (out of fear), he continued to call my home to terrorize me over and over and over until I had no choice but to call the phone company to put a block on my number, had to file a BBB complaint, put a stop on my credit card, and then finally report them to the authorities for harassment.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. No deal is worth being treated like this.
