Muvee reveal they were suposed to send me a disk. They charged my credit card 79.95. I didn't even get a download

I orered a Muvee Reveal program to be sent to my home,
They charged my credit card for 79.95 and I did not receive
the program. I didn't even get a download. I would call that
a rip-off big time. Thank You.
