On 02/20/10 I successfully completed survey QG# 23852, reward was for the amount of $1.00. Also on 02/21/10 I successfully completed survey QG# 23882, reward was for the amount of $1.00
These 2 surveys combined took approx. 45 minutes of my valuable time to complete. On there website they advertise that it takes 4-6 weeks for credit to be given to your account. It has now been approx. 17 weeks and still shows up as pending. This is obviously false advertising when they say 4-6 weeks for credit on surveys, but takes over 17 weeks and still don't credit you.
I emailed them over 2 weeks ago and gave them a date and time I expect to be credited by. I told them that it has been way past the time that they advertised to be credited, and said if I didn't get credit I would file a report with the BBB and usacomplaints.com. But I have received NO credit or NO response to what I sent to them about this.
All I ask is that they give me my credit of $2.00 and honor what they advertise as 4-6 weeks for credit of a survey.
