We requested a set of sneakers from www.findnike.com. We were delivered the incorrect sneakers within the wrong size. I created numerous efforts to contact customer support with the facts of my shipping mistake plus they constantly responded in broken Language emails declining to provide me a telephone number or somebody who spoke English to consult with. I delivered them images of the shoes submitted mistake, links towards the site displaying the right sneakers. Nothing did. Today I'm just being overlooked. Nowhere on the website (that will be in Language) does it state that they don't have english-speaking customer support reps available. I intend to provide appropriate motion after I learn how to monitor them along. I'm mad.
