Vinir Images - ripoff scam fraud. Mail in your check, they cash it, you get no product

I ordered some novelty Id's from http://www.photoidcards.com. I printed out the order form and mailed them a check for $110.00. I never received my order. I emailed them numerous times and they won't respond. At the time of the order I made the check to Vinir Images. Now they are called P.C.I. Systems but still work off the same website and same products. The webpage is 100% the same. They are a scam and should be brought down and fined heavily!
