No trial period, got my money, no reply, no e-mails want to cancel

While on line bonzi busted in, could not get rid of them, so installed for a look see, buggered up pc, always starts in safe mode now, so have to get it seen to. Stupid me. Anyway been trying to get intouch, but no luck as wanted to cancel credit card trans
but too late. I want my money back please.
