I bought 3 beds from Connis. One each for my parents plus one for myself. Within per month of sleeping in it, the cushion covers began to "break up". They got worse and worse, and so I named them. It required a few months to ultimately emerge to confirm them. They employed a measuring tape and required pictures. The man never laid on them to determine how heavy they sagged. The guy mentioned I'd be reading from them in 2 days. Then 14 days passed with no response. Then they stated they'd substitute 2 of these, however the consensus was imminent about the 3rd one. And so I called back the following week to determine once they were likely to substitute the two beds plus they stated they didn't substitute them. The store-manager stated it's not his issue plus they salesman won't keep in touch with me possibly about the phone. I also have delivered communications towards the office at home twice but still no reaction. Well, the unfortunate thing about that is, My Father is completely impaired and keeps receding of the bed since the attributes of the bedding doesn't have assistance, and my Mom sags so deeply she can't-get from the bed at-all... She also offers lung cancer and it is bed ridden and undergoing chemotherapy and light... That's sad. I informed Connis this also, and undoubtedly got no compassion... Two of the beds are Spring Atmosphere and also the different is just a Serta Perfect Sleeper-Windsor. Both are king size. I needed to consider my parents bed off the bed body so that they do not have significantly to drop once they do fall-off the mattress. If this isn't solved quickly, I'll need to contact the BBB and also the San Antonio Step of Business and any consumer-protection company there's. I can't get an address for John and Spring Atmosphere, but aspire to quickly. There's a national organization on beds and cushions and that I may contact them to protest about all of the bed producers if they'renot likely to create them properly.
