Paul Knapp ripoff, product not good, will not honor advertised refund as he won't answer my emails. Ripoff

I ordered a product which turned out to have several dead links, and not all the links did what was advertised. He states a full refund on website, as well as to contact him for dead links and he'll rectify the situation within 24 hours.

I've written several emails over the course of a week, and have never once received a response.
