I ordered a DVD on November 29th to give as a Christmas present. I got an email saying that my package finally shipped on December 15th, which already seemed to be a problem to me.
I started contacting them on their website, and also through my own email address. The website states that they will contact you back within 24 hours. I never received ANY emails back.
It's now January 13th, and I have nothing. They took the money out of my bank account, but I haven't gotten any response back, or my DVD.
Overall, I find it odd that there is no way to contact anyone through a phone number or anything. If I never get the DVD, I want my money back!
