Did not get what i won and paid for... Rip-off? They say they will investigate... And sent me a snippy email back when i inquired a 2nd time... The guy on the phone laughed when i told him what

I won a $100 lowes gift card... Paid by paypal... But i received an amc theater popcorn card... I called and the guy laughed... Said it must be a mistake... He would forward to another department... But then i received a snippy email from them saying they were already taking care of it... Will i have not received a call from them about what they are going to do... The guy on the phone said it is not a scam or rip off because i received a package from them... But i did not get what i won and paid for... I got something stupid... An amc theatere popcorn card... Does anyone know how to really get they people good.
