Like many of you, I too have seen this "CMI Exclusive" fee and after a ton of searching it looks like most who have been hit with this charge had NO idea what it was from.
It appears that they have quite a few Facebook and Twitter links setup to either "findyourdiet.com" or have your kids chat with celebrities through some lame website. If this was through a Facebook app that most kids have seen, it asks you to check with your parents and then informs you, as most Facebook apps do, that you are giving them access to your personal Facebook info, which includes your name, emails, and phone number.
That is all they need to build a profile for you and then charge you through your phone!
This is fraud and if you call your phone company, they most likely will refund it. I have Qwest and they told me that they get a lot of these fraud calls lately. You also need to call the jerks at Headwind Media and demand that they stop charging you and take all your info off you list — you should also ask for their company address and info so that you can inform the Delaware Attorney General about their illegal business practices. Be sure to TELL THEM that you are going to file a report with the Delaware AG to put some pressure on them to stop what they are doing.

I wrote a letter to the Delaware AG and urge you all to do the same. Tell them your story and ask that they stop this illegal business.
