Ripoff sold a used harddrive in new packaging will not refund mistreated and ripped off

Bought hard drive for 179.00 got home opened the package, there was a used hp hard drive only 640mb, all in shrink wrap like it was never opened before. They will not take it back or refund. Managers didnt even want to discuss the situation.

Called corprate office, said they would have to investigate, has not responded.
