I ordered a soup subscription last year (Christmas gift) for an elderly recluse. The soup has yet to arrive and all efforts to rectify (38 attempts in 11 months) have proven fuitless.
My complaint: Misleading advertising/misrepresentation: The company web site continues to advertise soup subscriptions. However, to date, they have been unable to deliver on this claim.
Unhonored guarantee: The company web site contains a customer
guartantee that all problems will be taken care of within 48 hours.
Although they are acutely aware of the problem, after 5 months, the problem still exists.
Unsatisfactory service: Owners do not respond to emails and their phone often rings out. No remorse.
Promises made but not kept.
Lots of lip service.
