My friend and I did logos and websites for Michael Di Bernardo after he paid us for a logo initially. He gave us 65 dollars for a small logo to establish trust and then we followed through in creating 2 sites and a couple of advertisements for the web. We, as the previous person had said, had a contract that was signed online and no attempt was made to pay us. We got excuses over the phone and through emails regarding his accounts department and other such nonsense until we were forced to threaten him to pay us. After threatening with legal action, he ceased communications and has since disappeared. DO NOT DO WORK FOR THIS PERSON OR HIS COMPANIES! If you see his name associated with anything, do not do the work! You will be ripped-off! We designed and developed TechTrapeze and LuxeTrapeze for the DiBernardo Group and were never compensated.
