Recived spam antivirus sopftware that would not allow my computer to funtion until I purchased and ran their software and

I recieved an unauthorized spam from Worldantispyware1.com that stopped all function on my computer until I was forced to purchase their antispyware program and run their program to remove the spam programs they installed to jam my computer.
