I was on a 90 day trial offer on a one year agreement (August 24/09 to August 24/10) with LiveDeal Inc. To post my company on a website. If I did not cancel within 10 business days of the end of the 90 day trial, I would have to pay the remainder of this agreement. The first month they were calling and being very nice, But the site was not working for me. November 4/09 I faxed LiveDeal and terminated my agreement. (20 day notice). I also call LiveDeal and terminated my agreement and I also e-mailed LiveDeal to terminated my agreement all within the 10 day time period. They would send me e-mails and thanking me for been a customer after I Had cancelled my agreement. I became suspicous and called but got no answers about my cancellation. On November 21/09 my visa was charged again for another 3 months. I called again and again, I e-mailed again and again, nothing.
