Why I did business w/the company was that they made house calls, and I needed this done quick. But since when is it ok to mess w/the client's computer w/out permission - startup files, registry? I didn't say, "you're free to do anything you want with it to make it fast, " I just asked to upgrade ram.
The guy placed a sticker on the computer w/his company ad, which really ticked me off... I oughta decide what stickers to place there, not him.
The problem began when I couldn't restart the laptop the next day - it went into ChkDsk, and 'cause of that I was very off my game in a live training test, which is why I needed this done. No one from the company showed effort to make it right or come and fix it, or give partial refund. My computer never did this before, ever.
