I paid him in full for designing my website
he built my web site and kept delaying project so that i would not be able to dispute it with paypal or my credit card company. Then when web site was finished he did not show me how to use by back office or give me proper instructions. The web site displayed many problems and he refused to fix unless i gave him more money then he would not answer any of my calls and avoided email communication. Then he changed my password so that i could not log onto my own website / back office to repaair any of the clitches i paid for he had in his system that only a programer would know and fix. He is a scam artist, and fraudulent and one way or another he will be punished for his crimes.
