Purchased a system from this company in March. Company was also going to install a Seagate hard drive and move my old documents to new hard drive. Was also to install my Maxtor 200GB hard drive as a slave. He was to run a Virus Scan on both drives. We picked up system and brought it home.
Within a week the two USB ports on front of tower came out when we used them to download pictures to our computer from a digital camera. A few days later we noticed that system was acting unusual and a warning kept popping up that we had multiple viruses. We took the system back to Homeland and Mr Champion was very rude. He said that we must have treated the USB ports too roughly. We told him "No" just used it one time. He said he would replace them since it was still under the 1 year warranty. He also said that the Virus program he installed "doesn't handle all viruses", and he could remove them for an additional $45. He later calls us and says that we had to many and that he couldn't fix it.
We pick up our computer again and bring it home. None of our programs will now open and the USB ports that he replaced will not work. This company is a huge rip off. I plan to seek further action. Please do not be taken by this company.
