Billed us for internet service, as well as a web site that we didn't authorize Manilla Phillipines

We were billed for services we never authorized. After they said that they would remove the charges, I asked them where their corporate headquarters were located. The address given was:
P.O. Box 60036
Miami, Florida 33160
When I questioned if their offices were in Miami, they told me that the offices were located offshore. When I questioned them further, and asked if they were in Cuba, they proceeded to tell me that they were in Manilla, Phillipines.
When I called back today, they have themselves listed as Ameripage. I asked if that was another division of their company, and they told me that they were the same.
They also said that the contact person in Miami is a William Rhodes.
This fraudulent needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau, as well as the FBI, and FCC.
Hopefully, the charges will not appear on any future phone bills.
