Since Windows XP is the operating system on my desktop, I thought the popups stating that my computer was infected was legitimate. I bought for 89.95 1.50 activation fee what I thought was more protection against viruses. I was to get an email with instructions on activating the program. After several days had passed, I called the customer support number and was told I would get an email within 5 minutes with instructions.instructions came but they were of no help. Several emails were sent and I received several suggestions to help, but to no avail. After investigating online, I read where this a BOGUS anti-virus scheme. I promptly followed instructions for getting a refund since customer service was available 24/7. I have not been able to get a response from anyone at either place...
