*notice..!! This ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.

I was ripped off by DRI!
I responded to a scam for a $1.98 to place ads for Google. I thought I can afford to lose $2. But no, by hitting the radio button it meant I agreed to pay $69.90 a month until I contacted them by phone. I never read this!
I lost the web site and never got any information on what to do, how to do it, but they knew how to charge my credit card twice on one billing statement. My credit card has taken it off pending investigation. Once I called DRI they said the only way to cancel was to call. How could I call if I didn't know who to call? I do not expect these criminals to be paid; and expect my credit card will not be charged.
I called Google and they have nothing to do with this company. Beware of the DRI scam artists! I would like to do my best to stop others from being victimized by DRI and I believe that Google's refusal to allow their name to be used without even a copyright symbol would be the first step in preventing this kind of illicit activity.
