I am not getting Vogue magazine regularly

I am a new subscriber to Vogue fasion magazine from 2009. I have not got my copy of the Vogue of March despite repeated reminders many of which have received failure notice. I have not received my copy of the Vogue of June. I feel cheated. I want back my money.
