After I got about the Montblanc Pen website and visited on opening their "shop" checklist I had been "informed" to obtain (free) the flash player. I successfully saved it but couldn't access their listing of "shops". If anybody could inform me exactly what the solution would be to understand this "shop" checklist, please let me understand.
