I purchased a press release service from David M. Bresnahan over at ThatPrGuy.com. However, my experience has been a total disaster. David not only did not write to me but failed to communicate me upon receiving payment. He simply disappeared and when I was finally able to reach him, he had mentioned things regarding family issues. I acknowledged and asked for him to finish the press release writing service or to issue a refund.
He insisted that he would make up for the delay by writing two releases for the price of one. I decided to take the offer and agreed instead of receiving a refund.
The first press release was written promptly and distributed. However, since then he has ignored over half a dozen emails from me including phone calls. I am still owed one press release and have requested a refund multiple times but yet David has chosen to ignore his client. This is unacceptable and bad business practice.in fact this is complete fraud, not delivering the service promised after taking money from the client.
I highly recommend prospects to refrain from his service and seek elsewhere for a trustworthy business partner.
