I have to pay $1 for 7 days trial and within this I can cancel it if do not like

7days Trial for 1 and if I am not interested i can cancel it, A free demo was send to me but because It was so complicated for me I tried to call contact them but they told me to go to a certain web address to cancel there but in this address I am not allow or it says Forbidden.
