THE BILLING RESOURCE, AT&T AT&T allowed this company access to my phone service without my knowledge or authorization

When I opened my phone bill from AT&T for billing date April 20, ther is a charge from The Billing Resource on behalf of Talent and More, LLc. For $19.95 for a monthly service fee. I NEVER ORDERED IT!!! This is not the first time that AT&T has billed my phone for services that I never heard of! I will fight to the death to get it removed because it is illegal to charge anything to my phone without prior authorization from me and me alone! Battle Mountain
