Okay this is how it all began, I opted into a Google type for dollars website. Come to find out after investing $199.00 I am not working for Google but Igomogule otherwise known as AKA, Writezilla, ExodusWeb, Postzilla, or Atomword. Maybe they are affiliates of Google. Anyways, I was looking for a good company to invest into I thought it was Google. Both my girlfriend and I are on disability and we just had a baby. We are just getting by and $199 required to get into this company was more than we could afford "My stupidity, " I invested the $199 that was to be towards my car payment into this company thinking I would get a good return by the months end.
Well, the gentleman that sold me was very nice and said I would get a 90 day satisfaction guarantee or your money back ha ha ha!!! Well, he Lied, or should i say just didn't tell the whole truth let's put it that way. I guess a sell is a sell when you are in the business to make a commission or deceive people.
Anyway, I did this b/c I was under the gun or between a rock and a hard place and the impression that I would be getting a website up and running within 5-10 days as their contract states. They did do that but "if you want to call it a website". Check it out for yourself by contacting me at 717-300-3774. Now tell me that is a website dag gone it. I was under the impression that I could add my own items to my store as that is what we were told, and that is not the case with their websites apparently.
So there money back guarantee did not hold up after only five days. This was Monday the 27th of April and Five days later May 1st when I wanted to cancel. They, meaning Josh Murray the Senior Account Manager of Igomogul, Exodus Web, aka EXW. Well he went on to tell me that I had signed an agreement or contract that there are only refunds according to their discretion. Their discretion meaning, "None at all" apparently. I had to type for $5.00 an hour, less than minimum wage at that, for 90 days in order to qualify for the refund. (I am not bull "Sugar-Honey-Ice-Tea ing" you at all.) And then you would make your money that you invested back so I only make $5.00 by Friday and that voided the contract lol.
Since I had only typed two articles in 5 days (b/c their editors cannot get to your adds quick enough, to edit for you to type more than 2 articles in a week) that is how it went for me. You are supposed to type 2 articles a day to start out with. I could not get to my third article the second day because it took them 4 days to approve 2 articles and only one needed revision because it was too long. So I had to delete my last paragraph. Also they "Igomogul" didn't tell me that my article couldn't be longer than 300 words. They just tell you that it has to be a minimum 250 to 300 words. They do not tell you it cannot be more than 300 words my goodness why can't it be longer.
Finally, when I spoke with Josh Murray on the phone he insisted that I look at the contract which does say that "PAYMENT TERMS
IF PURCHASING BY CREDIT CARD OR CHARGE CARD, CLIENT PERMANENTLY AND IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO ENACT A CHARGEBACK' (THAT IS, A DISPUTED, REVERSED OR CONTESTED CHARGE) AGAINST THIS PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER AGAINST EXW". This is straight from there contract I copied it here for you so be VERY VERY VERY VERY Careful when reading it.
Apparently, I was misinformed by this on the phone and what the hell is EXW I thought. I personally trusted them b/c I believed that it was the company of Google that I would be in partnership with.
Nowhere in the contract does it state that they are just an affiliate of Google. "If they really are". Although, I would really like to know b/c I signed up for a Google program that is what they advertise themselves as. This is my understanding anyway. Please correct me if I am wrong.
The point is that I was scammed out of $199.00 by the 90 day money back guarantee by Jim Di' Martinez whom you can reach at 602-648-5041 and while your there ask for the inconsiderate Josh Murray. If you have any questions please write a response to this blog thank you.
Before you sign up with this company read the fine print or you will be in the same position I am. And the Senior Account Executive of Management Josh Murray is so called by him the only one " verbatim his words" that can approve your refund.
And Josh, so they all know yes, I did use profanity after finding out you would not refund me or even by your contract agreement terms give me a partial refund for that sake as it is to your discretion only five days of being a client.
