I ordered two Xbox 360 controller skin protectors from this website. I unfortunately made the mistake of not checking the reputation of this website. I was then told in an e-mail that the items would be sent to me and that it would take 5-7 days either with UPS or Fedex.
It has now been two weeks and i have yet to receive what i bought. I proceeded to call gigaweb and was asked for my name and referance number, after that i was told that "a representative" would call me back.
No attempt was made to explain why a representative would call me back later instead of talking to me at that very moment. What worried me was the fact that as i gave my name i could clearly hear the person on the other end of the phone writing it down with either a pen or pencil.
I wondered, what kind of company did not do so through a computer. Anyway i filed a complaint with my bank so my bank is now out for blood. Unless you like getting ripped-off do not under any circumstances order from this website. You're much safer over at (competitor's nmae redacted) and. Consider yourself warned.
