I was hired as a tech in Phoenix to service a new customer that had been waiting for service for a few days. I visited the customer and went beyond what was required to fix the problems and satisfy the cutomer. This was in January.
I have yet to be paid by IAI. After 3 dozen phone calls and promises for payment I was told my original paperwork was lost and Mike Smythe requested that I fax the paperwork again. I faxed and mailed the papaerwork again. After another followup call I was told I would have a check in 7 days.
Today is the 13th day and still no check. Again after a few followup calls I was told by Mike Smythe that he has done all he can and hung up on me.
If you decide to have any business dealings with this company I strongly urge you to think it through. I am left with no choice but to small claims court to get paid for services rendered.
