It is possible that they capture and retain your credit card details.
I believe they are the same outfit that once operated under the name dollar-warez. They seem to have gotten more game and are now charging US$4.87 instead of just $1, and they are now pretending to sell legal merchandise. They charge an wxtra $2 on your credit card on top of the $4.87. You get nothing in return.
