I purchased this product via internet November 3. On December 26th, a tech professional alerted me to the fact that this is a bogus product, and had most likely been the cause of several issues with my system.
I immediately contacted my credit card company to deny the charges. However, as this group (Meyrocorp) does not provide an actual receipt (only a statement of 'this amount will be charged), they have effectively blocked my refund.
I have been in contact with my credit card company since December 26th, and have been informed as of February 28th, that they will be re-billing me the amount due to 'insufficient documentation'.
