The add was for 1.99 (delivery and handling only), a totally free kit to understand to apply for educational offer. I've not obtained the package, or do I'd like it. Especially if I'm to become billed for 40x the total amount which was on the site. Maybe when the advertisement was better this may have already been prevented.
I'm extremely upset about this, and also have approached my creditcard organization to challenge the cost, I WOn't take this.
