I discovered a fraudulent charge from a company called Internet Logistics, LLC. The fraudulent charge on my Credit Card Statement was in the $10-$12 range.
Until now, I have never been to their web site, nor do I have any need for their product. When I did go to their web site I found their phone number and called. The phone number is an answer service.
However, I voiced my problem as well as my anger, and to my surprise, in about 45 minuets, I received a phone call from Mary the owner.
She assured me that my credit card would be refunded the amount of the fraudulent charge. Then she explained that someone had somehow obtained a large number of credit card names and numbers and was using her business to obtain the money somehow.
If Mary is for real, and I believe from talking to her on the phone that she is for real, she is in a world of hurt. Because not only is her business ruined, but she has to refund all this money that she received nothing for.
