They debited my account after i cancelled their service causing me an overdraft

I entered their sit expecting to get a payday loan only after seeing their terms and intrest rate i decided against it, no where did i see a disclouser that said they charge a 17.93 dollar fee for entering their service, i called asking for a refund and they said no!
