Please do not fall for this extremly sad scam... It happen to me and my family and really ruined our christmas. Here is my story about this rip off place.
It was the beginning of December, Me and my wife are hard working people. We have four wonderful children. Bu t imes hd gotten rough for us, we lost one of our cars that we used for transportation to and from work, and to get the kids to school. So here we are dow to one car trying to figure anything out to get anothe one. So I get this phone call from "James Carpenter" From Beacon Fiancial Group. Here I thought this was the answer to my prayers. He said all I would have to do is send $916.14 in a money Gram to "Anna Marie De Souza" in Canada. He walked me through the hole process ovr the phone. I was thinking to myself " Wow this is a really nice guy, he really wants to help" Boy was a stupid fool. I had hung up the phone with " JAMES CARPENTER" so I could do a little shopping. As soon as I got back to my car "JAMES CARPENTER" was calling me. He said he needed my referenc number on the money gram, so he could put it through ASAP. So of course Im thinking yeah thats great the sooner the better. Well the next day I get a phone call from the so called customer service, They tell me that I dont qualifie unless I put down another $900. I tell them I dont have no more money. That was my kids christmas money I had given them i nthe first place. They said well then Im sorry we cant help you. I then asked when will I get my money back. They told me not until the 16th of January. Well when Igot home I told my wife what had happened. The next day my wife called James. He was very rude and unhelpfull. She asked to speak to his manager. Some guy got on the phone. He was very rude also. He told me that it wasnt his problem that my husband sent him money. He continued to call her names that I cant even speak of on here. She was trying to plead with him to just give us our money back. He said "F*K" you. You aint gettin nothin back. But hey guess what lady my family will be having the best christmas thanks to you.
Pretty much a lessoned learned here. I illnever trust a internet company again. We need to find these people and put them away for the fraud and grievence that they have caused all of our families. Please let me know if you find out any information on these FRAUDS..
