I hired VISION PLUS EDITIONS to make me a website and design some custom software for me, i shared with them ALL my business plans and ideas for they had to vision this themselves to design and create my website and software.
I have posted a time-line of events below of what happen, however the quick version is they took my money, they stole my business name & domain name and opened up their own business with all my ideas and the software and website they created for me and left me with no websites and took all my cash, i can 100% prove this as you will see in time-line below but not sure how to go about it without spending alot of money.
Please note: any time below i say " Emailed" i have time stamped proof
Please Note and pay close attention to.net AND.com statements below.
November 15 We explained our project in detail through designquote.com we have proof in document form and also have proof of there acknowledgment that they read project that i posted and wanted to bid on it, we collected 8 bids and they won bid to do project.
November 17th Vision Plus Editions sent to us a money request through paypal.com, this money request is attached and also pasted on bottom of this email, you will see on this contract/money request i paid for "hosting & domain service 1 year" along with " Specialty ASP Programing" and standard website implementation.
The fraise ""hosting & domain service 1 year" as listed on contract pertains to them providing us with a place to park our new website as well as providing us with a domain name that they would pay for and was included in package price.
November 21st Vision Plus Editions sent me a email asking me if i had decided on a domain name yet so they could secure it for me as it was part of what i paid them for (see paypal receipt) and see terms on contract ""hosting & domain service 1 year" I responded back to them telling them i had already purchased the www.myspacefriendsadder.com and requested then to just purchase the (.net) of that domain My purchase of the.com is time stamped and a manor of record with the registry and my proof that i personally paid for it out of my own pocket.
November 24th Vision Plus Editions emailed me confirming the work and spelling out they were working on my myspacefriendsadder.com website thus proving they new this to be my business and website name, they also requested in this email my user name and password for my domain account so they could transfer the domain i personally purchased over to there servers, thus proving www.myspacefriendsadder.com was purchased by me not them proving they still owed me that one domain name i had requested them to purchase as part of my package and that was the.net of my business name.
November 24th sent payment to Vision Plus Editions for $549.00 as remaining payment for project and sent to them via paypal.com
December 8th Received email from Vision Plus Editions, in the subject field it says Myspace Friends Adder thus again proving he was well aware this was name of my business it also went on in email to use our business name again.
December 11th Vision Plus Editions sent me a email stating the myspacefriendsadder should go live within 24 hours time i assumed he was talking about my.net domain he purchased for me.
December 11th according to whois.com Vision Plus Editions Purchased www.myspacefriendsadder.net and proceeded to open up their own website with my business name and my domain name they were supposed to reserve for me, as you will see from above time table of recorded emails and documents they CLEARLY new this was my business, they clearly were working for me according to all documents yet they proceeded on opening up their own business with all my ideas and concepts before i even had a working website of my own, they also stole my domain name that was supposed to be and requested to be reserved for me as also according to emails we can prove. I was not aware he did this until December 25 when i found his website by pure dumb luck and that was the first time i knew i had been robbed.
December 12th Please note any communications after December 11th i had with vision plus editions that they knowingly were keeping from me they had purchased the.net for themselves and i had no clue of this, so on this day December the 12th he states in his email he is trying to help me and bring my vision to the web, those were his exact words thus proving again its my ideas and plans for this project, he also goes on and admits this is all new to him thus proving this was not his idea.
December 25th This is they day i found out i had been ripped off, i most probably called this guy every word in the book, i sent him numerous emails and he out right deny's any wrong doing.in fact in his emails he claims the myspacefriendsadder to be his own busienss and i was just purchasing rights to use his software and to date Jim & I still have nothing from this company and i am sure my emails can prove he stole all of this from me.
So there you have it, i also have probably 80 emails to and from him as the project was being built many of the emails are me testing the software for bugs and reporting any problems to him so he could fix them, thus proving it was my software he was building.
The below is what was on first payment and contract a total of 5 payments were made to this company.
