As customer, I attempted for connecting to Specialist Moonie Kwe on her providers as Moonie Kwe seemed as 'online' for business. Moonie Kwe didn't reply the phone call promptly and was drenched out an hour or so from the Liveperson host. On 3 distinct events, Moonie Kwe charged me for signing her out. She charged me for not holding up and contacting her back, creating her to get rid of her working-time. Totally uncommon to look as online, didn't reply the phone call after which attributed the customer for this. Liveperson founded the log out program to get a cause. She's switched it around to misuse her customers.
