I came across this ad that said ONLY pay shipping and handling, and another that said JUST pay shipping and handling. So I signed up and I received an email about my account password and username. I never signed into the account, I figured I would do all that when my DVD came in the mail. Before I received a DVD I was charged around $72 from this company along with the $3.88 for S&H. The reason I found out about the charge when I did is because my credit card company red flagged the charge. So then I called the customer service department which in turn was very rude and also admitted to receiving tons of calls about this unethical hidden charge. I just want to help make everyone aware of this RIP OFF company. They don't care about their customers, their customer service doesn't care about the customers. They say they understand what you are saying but then go on to try and insult you and hang up on you. STAY AWAY from this company! Don't be as naive as me and remember: If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
