I requested a totally free photobook which was a in the Oprah Winfrey Show. They delivered me 4x6 pictures rather than the guide. Today they're declining to recognize their free marketing. They're also declining to return my cash which was settled towards the photobook. I'll never conduct business with Snapfish.
