I won a programming project through Rentacoder.com (RAC). However, the client/buyer of the project decided to delay production until she determined which platform to use. She delayed for a couple months but RAC kept accusing us of working outside the communications set forth by their system. That was not the case and mainly, no money changed hands outside RAC.
Finally I was notified that I breached contract by not completing the project in a set amount of time. $30 that I deposited for escrow was taken from me without notice. I could not reclaim the money because the arbitrator works for RAC. So, I closed the account and let them take the money that I worked for. Since you basically work for slave wages at RAC ($1-$2 hourly), I recommend that you spend your time more productively such as loitering in dark alleys or channel surfing.
The same company also makes racist remarks against foreigners. I am a US Citizen, but they cheated me just the same. I suppose they'd steal from just about anybody.
