Well here I am as promised to finish my saga with Micromedics. I faxed my letter to Micromedics rebuttal department as instructed and as promised I received a call from them today stating that they "must" take the word of their tech over my word. All I have to say is an incompetent tech sprung the plate on my laptop when they were working on it the first time and were too afraid to admit it now I'm not only out the money I paid these people for the extended warranty, now I'm either going to have to do without my laptop or take it to a local repair shop and pay to have something that a so called tech at Micromedics destroyed. All have to say to those reading this is, if you still deal with Micromedics after reading these reports there is no hope for you.
