After calling Customer Support and attempting to stop my online purchase obviously unsuccessfully, their item delivered 6 months later and my charge card was billed. When I was directed, I declined the cargo also it was obtained by them 14 DAYS later for reimbursement running. Buyer svc has explained three times since it requires 3-5 business days to approach the credit. Every time I contact, I am advised to hold back another 3-5 times, they are able to forward my criticism towards the "corporate" workplace but cannot return my call simply because they just have incoming telephone lines. EXACTLY WHAT A CROCK!!! I don't believe I Will actually notice my reimbursement at this time!
