No shipment / can't contact

I've requested from cigarettesexpress.com for a long time until 10/1/08. They do not react to my emails and also the telephone lines are usually active. They published my e-check from the business named Keystonecigs and that Iam scared they're currently a fraud. Has other people had this encounter? They've no criticism based on the BBB.
