Tyhe have taken electrnic checks one for 39.99 and 49.99 in a week in someones elses name not even my own

I woul like to file a report againt consumer bill.com they have taken to checks out of my account that my bank paid one for 39.99 and one for 49.99 in some elses name not mine and i have tried to call them and i get website but nothing this is a case of fraud and i want them prosecuted
